The farmhouse, which is mostly separated in the ridge and faces south, is located above the Bundsacker residential quarter in Rüschegg Heubach. The property is located in the agricultural zone not far from the kindergarten and primary school, as well as the bus stop, and has an enchanting distant view over the hilly landscape of the pre-Alpine area in the Gantrisch Nature Park.
