High up on the edge of the forest, you can enjoy the far-reaching views of the hilly landscape of Rüschegg. The small lodge was extended and renovated around 2010 and a new heating system was installed in 2021. Despite its small footprint, the interior is pleasantly spacious with its 2 storeys and gallery in the roof. The extension of the 3.5-room house offers a pleasant level of comfort, apart from a few details that are still missing, such as the door to the boiler room. The fantastically large surrounding plot with forest edge slopes rather steeply on the western side. To the south, towards the forest, it rises gently. The access via the neighbouring property is poor and the car parking space is very narrow on the north side, although a roof has already been approved. The house has a shed on the plot, which could be used as a garage with a little adaptation. The property is in a residential zone and is under the jurisdiction of the Rüschegg building authority. A wonderful recreational and leisure area all around and an attractive residential community with an active and varied club life and a forward-looking community.
